Hello, I'm Elaine Tarsh, a Relate trained couples counsellor, sex therapist, and sex and porn addiction therapist with over 17 years of experience helping individuals and couples.
I understand that seeking help for issues surrounding sex, relationships, and addiction can be a difficult and often emotional experience. That's why I work tirelessly to create a secure and welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease to share their experiences without fear of judgment.
I first began working with porn and sex addiction because I could see the detrimental impact it had on people's lives and relationships. Over the years, I've worked with countless individuals and couples, helping them to better understand their behaviour and why they continue to engage in patterns that cause difficulties in their lives.

I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC).
